Menopause arrives and changes the ground beneath you.
Something you relied on is no longer there in the same way.
Or perhaps nothing significant has happened. Only a quiet but persistent sense that the life you are living is no longer the one you are meant to stay inside.
You can feel it.
The pull toward something more true.
And the part of you that hesitates or feels stuck at the edge of it.
This is an initiation.
It is not only life changing around you,
but a threshold that is asking you to live differently.
The Work
The space I hold is one you can exhale into.
This work is held with presence, ritual, and deep respect for the thresholds you are moving through. A space to meet yourself honestly, and to step into a different way of being.
This is soul work, and you don’t have to walk it alone.

I haven't lived a conventional life. I have been guided by something deeper than logic, a thread I have learned to trust even when I couldn't see where it was leading.
I know this path from the inside. I have walked through my own initiations and understand what they ask of us.
I bring the wisdom of the feminine mysteries, embodiment, ritual, and a deep reverence for the process unfolding in you.
There is tenderness here. And there is truth.
I will meet you with both.
My role is not to tell you who to be or to give you answers.
It is to walk beside you as you find your own.
This is the work of coming home to yourself.

The Sacred Feminine
There is a deeper intelligence within you.
One that feels, senses, and knows what is true, even when your mind cannot yet make sense of it.
For many women, this part has been quietened over time. Shaped by expectation, by roles, by the need to hold everything together.
Menopause, endings, and life’s thresholds often bring you back into contact with it. Although, not always gently.
What once worked begins to fall away.
What once felt certain no longer holds.
This is not something going wrong. It is a return. Something in us is asking to be remembered and reclaimed.
The work I offer supports you in reconnecting with this deeper, instinctive part of yourself. Not as an idea, but as something you can feel, trust, and embody.
